Book your Japanese Acupuncture Treatment

The 'Stroud Acupuncture' clinic room is in my house at:- The Rosery, Highfield Road, Whiteshill, Stroud, GL6 6AL – please see the ‘How to find us' page for directions and notes about parking, buses etc.

Treatments cost £50 each and last about 75 minutes, cash is preferred, but we do accept cards.

Firstly, please fill out a ‘pre-treatment form’. Just click below to download the form onto your computer or tablet as a ‘WORD’ file. Then open the downloaded file and just complete the form at home, then save it on your computer or tablet, and then email the completed form to me at:- info@stroudacupuncture.co.uk

[If you don’t have a computer or tablet but are able to send an email, then please send an email with your contact details, the reason you want to try acupuncture and a brief outline of your health history. Alternatively, you can ring, text, or email me with your address and I will post you a pre-treatment form to complete and return.]

When I get your form, I will contact you to arrange an appointment that suits you!
